    My original order from Amazon was missing one of the black end caps. I notified steadyrack and they immediately sent me a replacement. Thanks for you help.

    Nous avons aligné 4 racks pour tous nos vélos. Les supports fonctionnent bien. Ils sont très esthétiques et ont été faciles à installer.

    Excellent service pour mon embout de remplacement. Il avait été oublié dans l'emballage et a été remplacé rapidement une fois que j'ai informé le service clientèle.
